Using the Forum

Welcome to the Illinois Juvenile Defender Resource Institute Forum. The purpose of this on-line forum is to give juvenile defense attorneys across Illinois the platform to discuss issues or pose questions to one another on general juvenile justice issues or case related specifics (i.e. recent legislation, putting on an expert witnesses, lack of resources, mentally ill client, motion practice…). The forum is only open to Illinois juvenile defense attorneys. It is hoped that this forum will not only provide advice and guidance for individual attorneys who may be dealing with a tough issue in one of their cases but that it will also help facilitate the building of a strong network of Illinois juvenile defense attorneys.
